All customers and resellers of WebCom Net Solutions must read and agree the Terms and Conditions before they purchase any products.

WebCom Net Solutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by WebCom Net Solutions when we decides that the account has been inappropriately used. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited.

Adult Sites : Adult-oriented sex sites, child pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited. This includes sites that may infer sexual content of any kind or provide links to adult content elsewhere.

Fraudulent Content : We also prohibit sites that provide storage, sale, distribution, hypertext link to, advertisement, promotion or hosting of material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, or an intrusion of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Commercial advertisements with e-mail : Sending unsolicited bulk messages over the Internet (known as "spamming") is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads our server or disrupts service to WebCom Net Solutions's customers.

Usage of Server Resources : Customer agrees that Customer shall not use excessive amounts of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time & memory usage) on any of WebCom's servers. Any violation of this policy may result in corrective action by WebCom Net Soluions, including assessment of additional charges, disconnection or discontinuance of any and all Services, or termination of this Agreement, which actions may be taken in WebCom's sole and absolute discretion. If WebCom takes any corrective action under this section, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action.
Users may not initiate the following:
a) Use too much of system resources There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI/PHP scripts, FTP, HTTP, etc.
b) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server resources.
d) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server.

Third Party Accountability : WebCom Net Solutions resellers and customers will be held responsible and accountable for any activity by third parties, using their account, that violates guidelines created within the Terms of Service.

Lawful Purpose : WebCom Net Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use WebCom Net Solutions's server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Indemnification : Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold WebCom Net Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against WebCom Net Solutions, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WebCom Net Solutions against liabilities arising out of:
1. any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with WebCom Net Solutions's server;
2. any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
3. copyright infringement and
4. any defective products sold to customer from WebCom Net Solutions's server.

Backups : WebCom Net Solutions's hosting accounts include a backup service, however these backups are for WebCom Net Solutions's administrative purposes only, and are in NO WAY GUARANTEED! Resellers and their customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers. WebCom Net Solutions does not provide any sort of compensation for lost or damage, crash teh customer data. We will do our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but assume no responsibility for this duty. Always back your site up to your personal computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.

Account Cancellation : All accounts are set-up on a pre-pay basis. WebCom Net Solutions reserves the right to change the prices of any of its services at any time. Payment is due every 30 days from the date on which the account will be established, or every 365 days if the account is paid for yearly.

Renewal Cycle : Clients will be automatically charged UNLESS a cancellation request has been sent to billing@webcomnetsolutions.com and WebCom Net Solutions have confirmed your request. Cancellation requests must be sent in 5 days before your next billing date and include your account login/domain name and password. Cancellations may only be made by the primary contact person on the account
